As an out of state owner of a property, I needed a realtor who would take care of everything and Ashley delivered. She helped get my property ready to go on the market then sold it for more than I expected, faster than I expected. Along the way she communicated everything I needed to know and do without over communicating. I felt comfortable with what was happening at every stage and ended up better off financially that I thought I would. I highly recommend Ashley for both buyers and sellers. Best real estate agent in the area by far. Thank you Ashley!!
