Thank you so much for everything that you did to help me and my mother get into our new home….I rode on your wings the whole time…My Angel……Ashley Schaus, Realtor is AWESOME and does her job Spectacularly…. I came to love this lil lady…The DIVA Realtor for Fayetteville and surrounding areas!!!!🙏🏾

This was my first time selling a house. I reached out to Ashley on Zillow and she was immediately ready and willing to answer every question I had. Even with some of the obstacles in my selling (no fault of hers), she made sure that we had all of the documents and information that we needed to continue our selling process. She is so down to earth and an amazing person to work with - honestly like a ray of sunshine! As long as she’s a realtor, she will be my go-to; no questions asked.

1st time home buyer. Ashley was Very professional and knowledgeable or the area, Also very patient and gave amazing advice. Really felt like she was on your side and fighting for my best interest. Will definitely use again and again.

Went beyond what was expected to help me close on the property

This was my first time buying a home and had little to no idea what I was doing. Ashley went above and beyond helping me while I was out of state for Military training. She sent very detailed videos of walk throughs and was quick to go to any house I had interest in.

Ashley was a great choice for selling our home. She was confident from the start and wasn't afraid to shoot us straight either. For first time home sellers we felt like the process was smooth because of her!

An extremely kniwledgeable person, with an awesome demeanor. She is always happy and ready to answer any question, to insure the client has the proper understanding of the deal at hand.

Ashley has been great through both the buying and selling process! She was very helpful as a first time buyer and seller.

Ashley was very pleasant to work with. She gave solid sound advice to get our home sold. Communication was a breeze and she gave exceptional customer service. Second to none. Trust her and the process. You won’t regret it.

Ashley was very easy to work with. We had to go back to NJ while negotiations were going on. We were kept informed of the process every step of the way. Ashley was always in our corner with advice and suggestions. I highly recommend the very professional and personable realtor, Ashley.

Ashley was amazing. She was very attentive, responsive and knowledgable. I would definitely work with her in the future as well as recommend her.

I worked with Ashley over the 3 years we lived in NC and had a wonderful experience each time. She helped us sell 2 houses and buy 2 houses! She was excellent at guiding us through both the buying and selling process and helped us every step of the way. She made both buying and selling a house which is normally a complicated process feel as easy and as stress free as it could! I highly recommend Ashley as a realtor, she knows what she is doing and is extremely knowledgeable within the industry! Now that we live out of state it will be hard to find a Realtor that matches her skills! A++++
