Tom is very knowledgeable about how to market your property. He is very approachable and easy going. It was nice to work with someone who wasn't a high pressure salesman for a change. He has a lot of contacts I used to get my condo cleaned up and ready for showings such as a window cleaners, cabinet repair, maid service and a staging service.

Tom kept me informed of all offers and gave me recommendations when I had questions. Tom is a very courteous and considerate person. He treated me and my parents fairly and with respect at all times.

There isn't enough space here to say all the great things that need to be said about Mr Tom Wellin! My wife and I truly appreciate all the time and effort he put into this sale. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have the house that we purchased while waiting for the condo sale to close. The buyers couldn't close for about 5 months, and there were repairs that needed to be done in the condo. I was 100 miles away in Dickinson ND, as I had moved there after putting the condo up for sale. Tom coordinated all the repairs with all the different service people, and the buyers agent. he kept me up to date on every development and change. I would tell him what I thought and ask him what he thought about any given issue. He always had sound advice, and followed up on everything he said. He and the buyers agent even gave up a small amount of their commission so that I could get some money back for a plumbing repair. He stayed with the closing of this condo to the end! he was great at the closing office, and presented us with a thank you card and gift certificate. Tom really saved us and made sure this condo sold. My wife and I wouldn't have been able to get our new house, or move on with our lives if it wasn't for him.
