Kim is an expert in either buyer's side or seller's side, as we bought our home with her and were so impressed, and when we decided to sell our Condo she helped us in selling the Condo in just 3-4 days of Listing at an excellent sell price which we are so happy about, this is really noteworthy as for same Condo, our previous Agent could not sell the Condo even after a month's time on market.
