My husband and I have contacted various agents in the area and Kim has proven to be extremely professional in her work. She is very meticulous, well informed, accurate, funny and obviously loves her profession. She managed the closing to perfection - we had to change our lender for some reason but we closed on time in 17 days in with new lender.
