Kim has the best knowledge in real estate especially around the tri-valley Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon area. We went around all 3 cities and finally we decided to buy in Gale Ranch San Ramon. The BEST deal negotiated with Toll Brothers. Kim goes the extra mile to make her customers happy. She was with us from start to finish, helping us with all the upgrades at the design center, she kept us in our budget. Not only that she was also their after close of escrow and provided contact details for the water filter system, handyman to do additional light/fan fixures, contractor to do any additional upgrades. As a first time buyer you do need hand holding all the time. Kim you are the BEST! We are family for life! I have recommended many of my friends!
