This is our second time working together with a real estate agent. Tammi demonstrated professionalism unmet by many other agents I know. They are extremely knowledgeable about the Ann Arbor area market -- they provided very useful market information that helped us determine an ideal price. They are seasoned in various stages of house sale and have deep connections with professionals needed for house sales (e.g., handymen, painters, etc). We had to be away from the U.S. for a couple of months before we put the house on market and Tammi helped us get our appliances replaced, in addition to helping on many other things to get our house ready. They are very responsive and they helped us quickly react to challenging situations. Even though we unluckily encountered the worst pandemic in recent history that caused a shutdown in real estate activities, with Tammi's help we were still able to receive multiple offers during the shutdown and successfully sold our house. This being our first home ever, we had no idea what we were doing. Tammi and Dick were patient, persistent and professional. They went from being agents to being part of our family. The way they kept our 3yo entertained while we saw houses made us realize how interested they were in our success. She is the right agent for you. Worked hard for us and went above and beyond. Only small issue is she defended the buyers agent for him being on vacation for 1 week right before our closing. I thought that was strange.
