Tammi had contacted my husband and I minutes after submitting a request online. She was not even at home, in fact she was on vacation and still contacted us that quickly. She is easy to talk to. Being first time home-sellers we found her to be very encouraging and her knowledge put us at ease. By midnight that night she already had some essentials for getting our house on the market completed. The next day she listed as coming soon and when she was back from vacation a few days later we did a photo op and officially hit the market. We accepted an offer on our house in one day! We couldn't have done it without her efforts. During the inspection and negotiations that followed she stuck up for us when needed while still providing realistic expectations at the same time. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Our experience was a little different because we live in Arizona and our Dad's house was in Michigan. Tammi and her husband came to our Dad's house and met with us to go over the details of selling the house.
