Shannon knows the area and the market in the area very well. She was an invaluable asset in selling our home while we were in another state. She was very strategic with her listing and had property photographed and listed quickly with no errors. Her communication was quick and thorough and there was never a time in the process we didn't know exactly what was happening or what the next steps were. We sold the home in 2 days of listing for the amount we were wanting and she knew every detail of the process afterwords - when the inspection was going to take place, when the appraisal was hitting, everything. We purchased the home 10 years ago and Shannon was our buying agent then and our experience with her as a buyers agent was also amazing which is why we used her again.
