She was always very knowledgeable, made your property a priority the whole way through from listing for sale, marketing, open houses and guiding you through the closing process. I never had an issue with reaching out to her with any questions I had. She will be my agent from here on out when I am buying/selling properties. 10/10 recommend her to anyone wanting an experienced, knowledgeable and professional real estate agent to represent them.

We’ve known Anita for 10+ years and we’ve trusted her with all of our real estate needs. She always makes herself available to her clients, answering calls and texts 24/7. She’s helped us out with our rental properties and made selling one of our properties an easy process. Anita is knowledgeable and we wouldn’t go to anyone else for our real estate needs!

Anita did an amazing job from start to finish. This was a smooth transaction and Anita kept me informed all along the way. I would recommend Anita for anyone interested in buying or selling a home!

Anita worked tirelessly from June, 2022 until this June, 2023 to complete the sale of our home on New Boro Avenue. She advised us as to what we needed to do to upgrade the house in order for it to sell. Unfortunately, the real estate market was not great last year. With Anita’s expertise, she kept us informed, and the house sold one year later. We appreciated her commitment to us as the seller. We truly appreciated her dedication, time, and professionalism in the sale of our home. 👌😀

Anita went out of her way to take care of us. From finding the right home, to guiding us through the entire process. She is the best!!!

We’ve known Anita for almost 20 years now. She is the ultimate agent. I’ve witnessed the miraculous deals she’s pulled of for us. She’s so fast and is always there to protect our interests. God Blessed this Women with amazing skills. She is an amazing realtor agent.

I had an absolutely great experience with Anita Koktani as my realtor. She helped me find the perfect home for myself and made sure that we got the best deal possible! She was always available to answer questions and guided me step by step. I will definitely refer her to friends and family who wish to buy their next home in the area.

Anita walked us thru a very difficult transaction as we fell in love with a house that was in probate. She was always available to check the progress and keep us updated. She always made us feel important to her. Love her and highly reccomend her to everyone.

Business as usual. I’m lucky and thankful to have found Anita. She has been there for me for over 10 years and it’s been nothing but a pleasure to work with her.

Anita has been my agent for over 10 years. During that time nothing but professional and there for her clients. The way it should be. Trustworthy, loyal and always there with a solution.

Back in 2014 my wife and I needed to move due to a job opportunity in another state, but our home was still upside down from the 2008 financial crisis, so it had to be rented out. We met Anita through a mutual friend and hired her to manage the rental. She had been managing properties for a long time and seemed to to be knowledgeable. Fast forward to 2022 and having know her for the past 8 years, we would definitely rate her an expert in the residential rental and sales markets. She has an extensive vetting process for potential renters designed to find the best possible candidates. We had very few issues during the rental period from 2014 until now. We always had renters, but also when they needed to move, we had very short times between tenants. I never had to worry about it because Anita was always on top of it. When it was time to sell our rental Anita provided guidance on how to prepare the home for sale, what the expectations should be, and what a fair listing price was based on market trends. This resulted in an acceptable offer on the first day of the listing. We realize that may not happen all the time, but believe it was Anita’s work and advice that helped increase the probability. She made the process very easy and we were able to complete the sale remotely. We wish all things in life were as easy and care free as our experience with Anita and would recommend her to anyone!!

As an investor Anita knew exactly what I needed! She brought this property to my attention and boom! We bought and closed in less than 3 weeks! Anita was always responsive and helpful throughout the entire process! Can't wait to do more transactions together!
