Patti is a great communicator. She made sure we were always in the loop and informed about what was happening with our listing and ultimately our sale. She was always prompt in answering texts or calls, when questions arose or details needed to be confirmed. Patti really knows the Clarkston market. She evaluated our property and recommended a selling price that we were pleased with and also resulted in a quick sale. Even though we sold and moved through closing very quickly, it was obvious that Patti was willing to work hard for us!
