Donna Sanford and her team worked with me over the past eleven months, helping me work through the major decision to purchase a new home after the death of my husband, as well as to sell our family home on Sunderland. To begin with, I wasn’t sure where I wanted to live, or what type of home would suit me best. Donna and David did not rush me at all – and were happy to visit any properties that sounded interesting to me as we refined the search. Simultaneously, Donna asked a talented decorator to come and give me tips on staging my Sunderland house for sale, and recommended a great handyman who was able to implement a few simple changes quickly and at a reasonable price. David even helped me move some furniture into a storage unit – and coordinated the installation of new carpet! They also had a professional photographer come to shoot the house, including outside drone shote. When I decided to buy new construction (which pushed the sale of my Sunderland home timeline out several months) they were very supportive and even walked through the build a few times with me, providing helpful insights and input on questions to ask.
