I cannot possibly put into words how amazing this woman is! We recently sold our home in Hinesville, GA after a military PCS and an awful renter turned squatter situation. We flew in from out of town to find the house in need of major repairs. We found Kathrin's name on an online list of top realtors in the area. Boy, did she exceed every expectation we could have possibly had! We reached out to her two days before we needed to fly home. She came the very next day for a walk through. Her knowledge, expertise, and "no bullshit" approach shined immediately. She talked us through strategy and which improvements would be necessary and add value and which we really shouldn't waste money on. From that day forward, it has literally felt like we handed her the keys and she took everything from there. She helped tie up all of our loose ends and schedule remaining repairs. Her list of contacts were quick, professional and reasonably priced. We have probably said to each other at least a hundred times, "God I wish we could take her with us to every state we move". If you are military moving in or out of state, this is your realtor!

She helped us to buy our house 4 years ago. And we already had a great experience with her. She is experienced and quick to respond. It was clear that we would work with her together again. And when it was time to sell our house we contacted her. She guided us through the entire process with ease. It was great to work with her.

Kathrin is very knowledgeable, she will put you first to get the most money for your home, she is very communicative, you always know what is going on every step of the way, and she is always available when you need her. She explains everything so you understand and she is super friendly, I was very confident with her assisting in selling my home!
