Just a little background on Kathrin: Originally from Heidelberg, Germany Kathrin moved to Hinesville/ Fort Stewart 1993. After her husband retired out of Fort Stewart, the Egner Family decided to make Hinesville their permanent home, and to raise their children here.
In 2014 Kathrin started Ace Real Estate Services and has been experiencing great success through personal referrals, and online marketing. In order to stay ahead in this very competitive field, Kathrin continues to attend real estate seminars and classes. She holds the prestigious CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) placing her in the top 3% of Realtors nationwide. In addition, Kathrin holds the Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) , Accredited Buyers' Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations, proof of her commitment to professionalism in the real estate field.
