Prior to writing this review my husband & I thought, "if Serena could have done 1 thing better what would it have been", and to our astonishment we came up with nothing. We were referred to her by a cousin of mine who lives in Falmouth. We live off Cape but met her in Mid Cape where we were selling our house. She recommended we make some improvements prior to her listing the property & already had a profile of the ideal buyer and a marketing strategy. We never saw her again. The work began a couple of weeks later & shortly afterwards we had our first offer-a neighbor the contractors let in. It was low and we declined it. A couple of days later she received a sight unseen offer from an out of state buyer. The house wasn't even listed yet but she was working her sources and resources, her magic. It fell through because of Covid-19 but before the week was out she had a 3rd offer that we eventually accepted. Before we accepted the 3rd offer she had a 4th, in writing, in case the 3rd fell through. Every step of the way Serena had a Plan B and sometimes a Plan C. Following their inspection the buyers' agent presented a list of "issues of concern" with the house. What did Serena do? She sealed the deal with the house "as is", and raised the price! I should also mention that she found us a very local contractor (he lived 5 minutes from our house), who did an awesome job on all the improvements, at a fair price. Her knowledge of the area & the process were on point, and she was a true professional throughout. What more can we say, 47 days after we first spoke to her we accepted an offer that was $15k above our asking price! So if you're buying or selling on Cape Cod make it easy on yourself & call Serena.

My condo sale at Southport in Mashpee MA closed on 18 Dec 2019. Serena managed this sale while I was in FL. Serena, with a little help from my daughter, accomplished the sale process while furnishings were being moved to children’s houses or sold by an estate sales agent.
