Dear Serena, We had tried to sell our home in West Falmouth through another broker and had no offers, so we rented it out for a year. During that year (and the housing bubble) we heard from a number of interested realtors who wanted to list the house, but when we explained that it was rented and offered to consider any offers that allowed the renters to stay until their year was over, we heard nothing. Then, out of the blue, we got a call from you! You had an interested couple, and over a very short period of time you managed the process of setting up a P&S agreement despite the renter and the complexity of a VA loan. Over the next months, you facilitated all the pieces required to make the sale a reality. This was a complex process, but you managed the assessment, inspection, and more. Finally, as we neared the final sale, we learned that additional work would be required on the exterior to satisfy the VA assessor. Not only did you manage that process but you paid for it! We worked with Wander Rodriguez of the INSPIRE team when we bought a house recently in Marion MA. It was a pleasure working with Wander, who acted as a buyer's agent for us. He was very responsive, very focused and tenacious in representing our interests in the process, and was a key factor in the transaction moving quickly from offer through inspections, purchase and sale, through closing. When snags in the proceedings popped up (mostly related to the lender delaying on providing final clear to close because of issues in getting all the paperwork together), he energetically helped to pursue the parties that needed to provide documentation so that the closing could happen without excessive delay.
