Kara was AMAZING! I was a first time buyer last year when I worked with her. I work two jobs which made it hard for us to meet up, but she worked around MY schedual, and always had a great attitude about doing so even though it meant meeting me early in the morning, on my lunch break or late into the evening to look at homes. When I did decide on a home, even though it was well out of her way, she came up to my job to bring paperwork that I needed to sign so that I wasn't inconvenienced. She made sure that I understood the process, and worked very closely with my Broker to make sure that we stayed within a budget that I was comfortable with.
