He was always will to go above and beyond with anything we needed. He kept in contact with us, even when he was on vacation. He is the most understanding, hard work agent I have ever worked with.
Rob took us through the process step by step using lay language. He kept us advised of all activities. Helped us prepare the house for sale. Assisted with contractors. He even purchased some replacement items (bathroom cabinet, lights, etc.) so we didn't have to find the items. He laid out any problems that came up and then let us decide what to do without placing any pressure on us. I would highly recommend him.
