We worked with Sandra Kosik as our buying agent and since Sandra was lovely to work with and knowledgable, we also gave her the opportunity for her team to come in and sell our home. Mark and Sandra came to our home - it was a no nonsense meeting - straight to the point. Mark made suggestions on what needed fixing or improving, and also gave suggested tools, resources and referrals to do the things we needed to do. He also suggested we update our master bath. Sandra and Mark urged us to get our house on the market asap - we listened to ALL their advice from fixing, updating, listing and even the list price. We were hesitant at first to accept their list price, but we trusted them and their process. Boy are we glad we did. Our home sold for 75k over asking! There is no room for ego when selling your home - listen to the professionals and trust the process. And just to add, this all happened during the pandemic right BEFORE lock down - so to say we were so happy that we heeded their advice to list asap is an understatement.
