One of the best decisions I have ever made was to have Jado find me a new home and sell my old. He made the process extremely easy and helped in all aspects of selling, and buying of my new construction home. Not only did he provide me with a list of houses that were within my budget but also made sure each house ticked every box i was looking for. Probably one of the best negotiators I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He managed to get my new construction home for $10K less and had them include all appliances, blinds, and closing costs and managed to sell my house for $15K above listing.
