It was sad since we grew up here and memories were being stored in this cherished abode but we have to let things go and Lynn and the team made this easier for us . I was really empress on everything

There was constant communication. There was no question left un-answered and at the end of the day when I had a question I always had a firm grasp on what was going on. Expectations were kept realistic and the service was amazing. I never felt like I was waiting around for an answer either. She knew what we were looking to get an fought as hard as possible to keep it right around where we wanted. I will be referring her to people I know. The sale price was below the initial asking price due to the market. But all in all.. it was way higher than I thought we would be getting.

Of course we had no trouble with communication, we have known each other since kindergarten! Lynn knew exactly what I wanted just from listening to me manifest about it from time to time. One day she called and said "I found your dream home", so we went and looked it it the next day!
