This purchase had a high risk of legal problems that arose from poor seller communication and some strange seller off-book strategies. My anxiety at a time of high stress due to unrelated issues was sky high and suddenly the sellers communication was changing. Ultimately, Lynn and her team handled the situation with the utmost of care and patience and we did what was needed to get the offer signed and accepted and closed within 3 weeks time.
