Deborah is the absolute best. She goes above and beyond for her clients and treats them like a friend. It’s clear to me this is not a job for Deborah but a true calling. She sold our home and found us a new home that catered to our needs. She checked the basements and attic and crawl space for us and helped us pinpoint things that maybe a problem as we had no idea. I feel she went the extra mile to negotiate for us and make sure we are getting a good house at a good price.
I met Deborah originally when we needed to know what to do to the house to get top dollar. She had a great amount of expertise in home renos and was very precise as to what had to be done. Later when we decided on a realtor we remembered how far above she was with her expertise in the subject of houses and the local area. She helped in many ways way beyond a regular realtor, even painting to help get the house ready to show. She reached out not only on the internet but even going to local sporting events to hand out advertisement of our house. She invited the people around our neighborhood to come see the house and was in constant communication with us. We knew how many were interested, how many came for a tour and she held many open houses above and beyond the norm. After we had a offer she told us everything we had to do to get us to our closing.
