At first I was trying to find a house on my own. I was very dissatisfied with the pricing of the housing market in the area I wanted to live. I felt like I couldn't get what I wanted for the money I was going to pay. I was so discouraged I was going to resort to building. So I began looking for lots. I gave Tracy a call and explained this situation and she was extremely easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She was not pushy and very personable. She sought out and sent me a handful of listings, one of which ended up being literally exactly what I was looking for. Being a first-time homebuyer can be nerve racking when your dropping that kind of money and making that kind of commitment, but I would honestly say she made the process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. I am ecstatic about my new home that she found for me and would DEFINITELY recommend Tracy to anyone else out on the market!
