We certainly got lucky with an out of the blue perfect buyer, but her listing prep made my house stand out in a slow market with strong comparables. Tracy and team also did strong work for me during the inspection and negotiation period. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to sell my house.

I can't recommend Ronnie enough. I sold my home in Louisiana, and the transaction turned into one of the most difficult, drawn-out closings imaginable, nearly three months past the original closing date, due entirely to the buyer's lender. Communication from the lender was inconsistent, deadlines were missed repeatedly, and the process dragged on with very little accountability from their side. Through all of it, Ronnie was the one constant. He followed up relentlessly, pushed for real answers when the lender went silent, kept me informed every step of the way, and never let the pressure of the situation affect how he handled it professionally. He set firm deadlines when they were needed, communicated clearly and honestly about where things actually stood, and ultimately got the deal to the closing table despite everything working against it. If I had been paired with a less proactive agent, I genuinely don't think this sale would have closed at all.
