Tracy and her team are amazing! They are very responsive and work hard for their clients! I worked with them on selling and buying and would recommend them for both services.

This company is on the ball. They listed my property and sold quickly. They even found cheaper insurance rates for the buyer. They are also staying on top of helping me find a new home. Very friendly and professional.

Tracy & her team did everything they said they would do in a timely & professional manner. They were a pleasure to work with in this transaction.

Tracy and Fallon have been a Godsend to my family. I am so grateful for their hard work. We couldn't have made it through this transition without them. They worked tirelessly to make sure things were in order when we had already relocated to another state. We were so fortunate to have this team. I pray God continues to bless these women.

Tracy and her team were great to work with. Her inside person was very responsive on all paperwork. Tracy as an owner was easily accessible and gave expert feedback on the little details to help sell our home! Her Photo team is the best! As most of you know when selling a home on Zillow it’s Photos that count most! I would definitely use her again!

Tracy is very personable and responsive! She has a great team that is great at guiding you the selling process. Her photography department does a fantastic job of capturing the beauty of your home and her graphics department presents it well!

Tracy Mathis is the reason I was able to purchase my dream home. She explained the whole process to me, provided advice, and gave me unconditional support from pre-qualifying through closing. She went the extra mile. I highly recommend Tracy and her team to anyone looking to purchase their dream home.

In an extremely busy market, Tracey did an amazing job. Even though she was busy she still found time for me and all my questions. I was very green coming into the market, but she helped me buy my first house! Love my house too!
