When we decided to sell our home and move to Myrtle Beach, I wanted a local realtor with knowledge of the Lake Norman area. I talked to a couple of realtors, but when Andrew came to meet with us, we liked his professionalism and got the feeling that he was the realtor we wanted to list our house with. He made suggestion on what we need to do to make our house marketable and put together a killer Internet marketing package. He was also right on the money on what the house should sell for. With the economy the way it was and a slow real state market, we thought it would take months to sell our home. Due to the way he marketed our home, we had 13 showing it three weeks and made several of those short list. He got us a contract in just three weeks while we were on vacation in Germany and did a great job of getting the contract signed using emails and faxes, so we wouldn’t have to wait until we got back to finalize the contract. He then stayed to constant contact with us until closing. Can’t say enough about Andrew, he did an outstanding job for us.
