I noticed that every home that came up for sale in my neighborhood that was listed with Nagy Properties sold very fast. I had never met Andrew or his wife but when I noticed these properties selling as fast as they did, I knew it had to be the real estate company. The first meeting with Andrew went very well. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the marketing strategy we needed to take. He listened to the reasons I wanted to sell and also what I was looking for in a new home. I was very surprised at what he thought we should list my home for! I had no idea it would sell for that price. I trusted Andrew and told him I would go with what he felt was right. He took some pictures and later wrote up the listing. It was sent out to local realtors the next afternoon and went on the MLS the following morning. By that afternoon I had my first offer.
