Brenda was very flexible when we were looking for a townhome as out-of-state buyers. We were able to spend two days looking at homes when we were in town. She drove us around (all fully vaccinated, yet still masked, which we appreciated) the area in a timely manner, and we were able to see a lot of places in two days, finding one that fit our needs the second day. She was also quite knowledgeable about the workings of various appliances and HVAC systems, etc. She communicated promptly whether it was by email, text or phone. Overall, working with Brenda was an excellent real estate experience.
