Gina had been with us from the time that we found our house. She scheduled the appointment, helped us with our bid and was there when we won the bids on the house 😉. Our house bidding happened in a matter of days and she was there for all of our questions. It was a pleasure working with her!

Friends of our who purchased in Fairway Village the year before recommended Gina to us. They had a great experience and highly recommended her. We met her with them accompanying us. She was very professional in her approach and extremely knowledgeable about Fairway Village. She led us through the listings and lined up showings through our stay in March at River Strand Condominiums. We continued to look with Gina guiding us until we left for North Dakota in early April. Listings were scant and just didn’t donate with us. Upon returning home we found one in the listings Gina was providing that appealed to our curiosity. We employed Gina’s technology skills as well as our friends in making this purchase totally via FaceTime. Not normal for us but Gina did a great job of showing us the unit multiple times and getting answers as questions arose. In short she guided us nicely through the entire process. We now have our unit and are anxious to get down to Largo to view it. Thank you Gina!!!!
We purchased a home in Fairway Village. We were fortunate to have found Gina Poore as the realtor to show us homes. She is truly a nice person who listens and works to find what you want in your new home. She gave helpful suggestions to "remodeling" concerns and provided us with names of individuals she felt were competent to call upon when we might need them.
