Within minutes of him sitting down and talking with us I said quietly to myself, this is our man, he speaks my language he thinks like I think, he’s our man. He did what he said he would do and handled everything from beginning to end perfectly. In all honesty I’m not an easy person to appease, I have worked in the service industry for over 50 years and have very high expectations of what one in service should provide and I usually am annoyed with people in service.
