We were moving to SLC from out of state and so much of the work had to be done online and via phone call, but she made the whole process still very personable. We brought our children along with us for house hunting, and she wasn't phased by this at all (she even listened to my middle child's interesting requests for a home!). She helped us work with some difficult sellers to get us into our dream home.

My partner and I started out working with another agent. After two attempts to view properties we realized this agent was not interested in what we were looking for in detail and was wasting our time. After some in-depth review research I emailed Tricia explaining the situation we were experiencing along with our tight time frame, giving her only 2 months to help us secure a new home. Even though it was late in the evening I had an almost immediate response making a plan to touch base the following day at create a plan. That weekend Tricia met us and showed us several properties. A couple hours later a text came from Tricia saying she got them to throw that stand in as part of the purchase. You can not go wrong working with this great lady. She genuinely cares about her job, showing passion for what she does and keeping up to date with the local market. We will never choose another agent for future purchases.
