I would recommend Laura to everyone, she is by far one of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable and stays on top of things. Extremely polite woman that knows what she is talking about. You would be doing a disservice to yourself to not work with Laura.

I cannot find enough words to express the exceptional service Laura provided on the sale of our home. Her knowledge of the market, Boise and strategy were instrumental in us selling our home in under 2 weeks. Laura spent a great deal of time preparing comps, helping with recommendations on staging our home, holding open houses and patiently answering the many questions we seemed to have about the process. She was extremely responsive to emails and texts and was always right there and available when anything came up. Laura knows her stuff. I will never work with another realtor again. The trust that she instilled in us, allowed us to focus on what we needed to get done. Her excellence in execution was above reproach and I am so thankful for everything she did for us. She made selling our home a great experience.

Laura was the best realtor I have ever had. She went above and beyond what I would have expected on several occasions. Additionally she would always follow through on the commitments she made to me. If I needed a service she knew who to contact, and even would help set up appointments when I was busy. Also at one point in house hunting I was about ready to give up, and she responded that she just hasn't looked hard enough to find us the perfect house, lo and behold we had an offer on a house less than two weeks later. I followed her advice on what improvements to make on my house, and it ended up being on the market less than 48hrs before it was sold. Thank you!

Laura was great! She was always available and energetic. I could absolutely count on her to track down information or complete a request. She has a vast resource of people and experience that makes her very capable. Laura organized and researched homes for us to view making the best use of our time. Highly recommend.

Laura was such a pleasure to work with while buying our home. She was always extremely responsive and made us feel like we were her most important client. Laura and her staff are amazing at keeping the process moving quickly so that everything can close on time, while never making us feel rushed or pushed to do something we weren’t comfortable with. Even after the sale, she continues to check in and make sure everything is perfect and I felt reassured having her on our side during the process. She truly looks out for her client’s best interests and you can tell she loves what she does.

We just recently moved to the Boise area and Laura was recommended by a friend. Wow, did we luck out! If you're looking for someone who will go that extra mile (literally...miles!) Laura is your person. With a very extensive knowledge of the area and firm grasp on this extremely unpredictable market, Laura helped us tailor the perfect offer to help us secure the house we wanted. She even negotiated the "extras" we were looking for and saved us thousands in out-of-pocket expense. All this in the midst of a family emergency, yet she still kept in touch daily and even made sure she had a colleague lined up in the event we needed immediate assistance. Needless to say we are now proud owners of our new home in a new state and ready to start a new chapter in our life!

Laura was amazing with follow through and her knowledge of areas and property values were impeccable. Being an out of the area buyer, I relied on her more than usual, and she came through with flying colors! She goes above and beyond what a realtor usually does, and that is so valuable. Her professionalism and honesty made me feel not only well represented, but also like I had found a life-long friend.

Laura took the time to make sure every step of the way while I had my new home built that everything was perfect and exactly how I wanted it. She is extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy! She was always available and went above and beyond for us. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. She is the best realtor in Idaho!

Laura - I can't thank you enough for all the hard work, dedication and the time you spent in helping us purchase two homes. You made it very easy for us to purchase our houses and you did an incredible amount of legwork for us. We very much appreciate your hard work and dedication. We will continue to suggest you to anyone we know who is selling or wanting to purchase a home. You are an expert in your field and we were lucky to have you as a Realtor.

We were very grateful to have Laura as our real estate agent! We visited ID in November 2016. Laura spent a great deal of time showing us homes and the area. As we were moving CA to ID, we ran into personal delays which caused us to have to back out of a home we were having built. Laura was helpful, responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. We landed in Meridian in June and were living in our RV. Laura helped us to quickly find a home and expedite escrow. We were in our new home within barely over a month! She is extremely knowledgeable and brought several things to our attention that saved us money! I cannot say enough about her responsiveness to calls, texts, and emails - It was truly a pleasure working with her!

Laura is quick with answers and really wanted to help find the correct house for my needs. Laura knows the ada/canyon county areas. Laura worked around my schedule even when its the dead of winter in from what I was told the worst winter in ada county in decades.

Laura is a go getter who pays attention to your wants in a property, and then finds them. Solid advice on how to negotiate a deal with sellers, and things you may need to do to make it all happen. My wife and I had the pleasure of selling our house and buying a new one at the the same time with Laura. Everything went as seamless as is possible with such a deal. We highly recommend her. She is very well skilled in the paperwork side of things, and will catch all the mistakes etc. that other agents make. A++, Best of luck!
