Also, despite condos being outside of her typical appointment she was still very knowledgeable and led me through the process and all the paper work. Since I knew what I wanted we moved very quickly. From a tour to closing took less then a month and a half and Krista had no issue keeping up with the pace. Furthermore, there was no need for negotiation as she proposed a fair price for both parties.
