I first met Krista several years ago, when trying to move out of a rental. At the time, we couldn't find a home purchase that worked. When faced in September of 2020 with once again needing to move out of a rental property, I emailed Krista to see if a home purchase might be possible. Krista had kept her notes about me, despite the years between contact, and within a day of my email to her, we viewed several properties, one of which I bought. She went out of her way in the first few days of our bidding on the property I finally bought to help me change lenders in time to meet an important deadline; my previous lender kept delaying, and without Krista's foresight and experience and knowledge about the lender I have since gone through, I wouldn't have been able to move forward. In the weeks that led to the purchase, Krista was in constant contact, patient with my many questions, and mindful of what I needed to know as a first time home buyer. She is excellent in all regards.

But it IS the first time I've had a realtor that I felt was 100% in the game and on my side She is fabulous to work with - paperwork is always done right the first time and in a timely fashion, details covered, her communication is top notch - both initiation and response, she is highly professional while being extremely personable, and best of all, she is super effective. She priced our house competitively, but still 20% higher than what we would have ever expected to get, and the final offer? Over the asking price. Staging, photos, writeup - all were top notch. I was particularly impressed at the number of showings and the ratio of offers to showings. Krista is very profassional and caring. She is realiable and always trying to get what you asked for for you. She is patient and never push you into things that you don't wnat. She always looking out for you and making sure that you are protected. She also give some good advise, working with your budget and tread you with respect. Very trustful person.

Krista helped my family find our dream home in early 2019. Krista is very easy to work with and listens well to what you are looking for. She won't take you to random expensive houses hoping to make a commission (or make other houses look better). She is always punctual to meetings and takes care of any requests quickly. For example, when we bought our house the previous owners wanted to stay/rent from us for a couple of months while they waited for their new place to be available. Krista handled all the paperwork, was an intermediary for the rent, etc. Outside of being just an awesome realtor Krista is also a joy to chat with!
