Brandi was absolutely amazing to work with. I had to sell my in-laws home for them that required a lot of work to get it ready. My in-laws were no longer there so I was selling from out of town for them. Brandi took charge of getting me recommendations and setting up all services to get the house ready, including but not limited to, getting a trash out company to come clean out the house, cleaners, painters and pest control. Brandi handled them all with ease and coordinated all efforts for the house with amazing efficiency. Further, she was kind, caring, in constant communication and was willing to cover things out of her own pocket so I would not get charged huge fees for having to pay by card from out of town.
