Brandi was absolutely amazing to work with. I had to sell my in-laws home for them that required a lot of work to get it ready. My in-laws were no longer there so I was selling from out of town for them. Brandi took charge of getting me recommendations and setting up all services to get the house ready, including but not limited to, getting a trash out company to come clean out the house, cleaners, painters and pest control. Brandi handled them all with ease and coordinated all efforts for the house with amazing efficiency. Further, she was kind, caring, in constant communication and was willing to cover things out of her own pocket so I would not get charged huge fees for having to pay by card from out of town. Amazing, kind, generous and I felt really cared about helping and never felt like just a number on a spreadsheet or a sale. 20 out of 10 and would absolutely and with utmost confidence, recommend Brandi.

Woohoo I am so happy my agent sold my house and it was only on the market for six days!!! I had a great experience and this was my first house. But I had a great agent to work with Selling my house who was easy to work with, very knowledgable and resourceful to prepare the property for listing. She was always helpful and quick to respond to my questions and letting me know what to expect. I got the first offer without them viewing it in person so after my counteroffer and a viewing it was sold on my terms. She was very helpful and keeping in communications with the buys agent and Title Company when things needed to be done in a timely manner. And at the end my payment was short for an item I rejected on my counter and with her paperwork being in orders she verified with the title company and I had a second check for the difference the next day. And recently I just found out the Buyers agent name Brandi Adam’s after 4 emails asking me to rate her and one from her office in the past week, I need to say Thank you Brandi for your clients and on-line viewing.
