Brandi knows her business. What a nice person to do business with. Our experience in real estate is and was very limited. We needed someone we could trust and feel that we weren't being taken advantage of due to our lack of knowledge. Brandi was our person. We liked her from the and start and stayed with her through the entire process. It should be noted that she was not our first choice. We were actually working with a different realtor in the area at first, after meeting with Brandi the first time we chose her and moved on from the other company. Brandi was very responsive to our calls and questions about property from Bullhead City to Lake Havasu. This was very important to us because we were out of state and after looking at a few houses she knew exactly what we were in the market for and didn't waste our time looking at homes that we would have no interest in. Anyways we ended up buying in Fort Mohave AZ and Brandi worked with us all the way to the end. She is very professional, kind, thoughtful, educating, timely, resourceful, always one step ahead, understanding, challenging in getting what you need, respectful, no judgement, supportive, fun, witty, patient. Open for ideas. Very helpful! Can I just call her the greatest chaos coordinator of all time?! You may think this is over the top, but this is the realtor you want to get the job done!
