This was our first time using Christine Cahoon, but not our first time dealing with a relator, and I have to say as first time buyers, me and my wife could have never done this without Natalie! she was so patient, and energetic, and knowledgeable about the ENTIRE process it really made the process that much easier to deal with. She was always filling us in with what to do and what to expect and it all was just wonderful!! I do sincerely appreciate everything that Natalie and Christine did for us we wont soon forget it! My spouse and I were very divergent on how to go about coming up with a sale price, and Christine took the necessary time to explain what the best price would be and how to achieve it. While we did not initially agree with the price, her method ended up with us getting well over asking price with no contingencies, even before the open house. Christine was a steady hand in what can be an emotional process. All questions that we had were answered in detail, and not just dismissed. We are moving from NY to VA. The thought of moving was exciting but there was so much to do. Over the phone, we hit it off right away with Christine.
