Nancy Sarfity has been an active Realtor since 2000.
Nancy has been an outstanding performer and NJAR® Circle of Excellence® award winner Bronze level from 2003-2010, 2012-2015, and 2017. Nancy was awarded Agent of the Year for 2012 for Terrie O’Connor Realtors' Kinnelon Group. She has also earned Sales Associate of the Month on many occasions and received the top sales associate award in 2005 from her previous company.
Nancy was the Sales Office Administrator for the Cambridge Heights development in Butler from 2000-2003. Since obtaining her real estate license in 2003, she has been the premier agent in the Cambridge Heights community serving both buyers and sellers. She previously owned a copy center in Bergen County for fifteen years. She was born in the Bronx and moved to Teaneck, where she raised a family before moving to Butler in 2000.
Nancy's continued success in the real estate business as a full-time agent can be attributed to her repeat business and referrals from customers who value her loyalty and caring personality.
