Lancasters are some of the best real estate professionals I have ever known. I have never talked to anyone that did not say they went above and beyond all expectations. I know Gretchen personally and I have heard other real estate agents ask her why she stresses so much about every single penny or doing so much extra for her clients. That's just the way she is. I would recommend Lancaster Realty to anyone wanting a hard working and dedicated worker. She helped me get my property sold and when on to help me find another home in the area I wished to relocate to. She looked in areas not in her local area. She followed up after the sale when I had problems with the realtor that handled the sale to me and resolved some issues that realtor would not take care of for me.
