Brett was very easy to work with for us (the agent working with our buyers said he was excellent to work with also). He sold our house quickly (listed less than a week) and for more than our asking price. He also helped us quickly get into our new house. We closed on both properties on the same day. Communication was very good and we always knew where we stood in the process.
