Brett Wren spent as much time as possible talking to us about my parent's home; the positives and negatives. He wanted to understand the home as well to find the right new owner. He was very tolerant of our needs and concerns, and took care of us throughout the entire process. My husband suffered a Stroke and was hospitalized the closing day, and he sent out his Title Closure expert to complete the deal! Brett made every step of the process easy. We have used Brett and his team twice in the last 3 years. Once to buy our current house then recently to sell our rental property. Both times Brett did a fantastic job! Brett is a one stop shop, he has someone for everything whether it’s mortgage broker, inspector, pest control etc... Selling our rental, Brett was able to have multiple offers on our house the first day it went on the market. He guided us through the whole process and took care of everything so we barely had to lift a finger. It’s worth mentioning that all this was during the first 6 weeks of the Covid-19 crisis.
