“ What a awesome agent! Beth went above and beyond to help us throughout the process of getting the townhouse sold. We are from South Carolina and didn't know who to get to clean, remove unwanted things, etc. Beth was right there to help us. I would highly recommend this lovely lady to anyone who is looking for a honest and credible person. We were working on a three week timeline, and having Beth's help saved the day!We needed to move a 98 year old , packing and discarding things was stressful and tiring. We were on a three week time line. We would never have finished in that time frame without Beth. She was our Angel. We are so thankful that we chose the first agent on the internet list. BETH GERMANN! The Best Ever! ”

Beth D. Germann was personable and handled any bumps in the road with professionalism and care. She made a very emotional and stressful time in my life alot easier. Her knowledge and kindness were very welcoming. I would have no problem recommending Beth D. Germann to anyone I know selling or buying a home.

"Beth is TOP NOTCH! This is our 3rd house in 2.5 years and 2 of them are investment properties in the last 3 months! Good ideas, good knowledge and good resources for any questions that she isn't 100% certain of! Beth puts up with everything we throw at her and even sometimes jumps into the pool of unique (ok slightly crazy) ideas."

Honest Knowing answers to my questions easy to talk to easy to call

"Beth had a positive and humorous attitude that kept us going during the buying process. She also did her best to get us a great deal while balancing the sensitivities of the seller. I would highly recommend Beth!"

"Beth Germann was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely willing to help address any issues or concerns. Above all, the follow up and organization of how the transaction progressed far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend Beth to friends/family, and will continue to work with her as I search for additional property,"

Beth listed a building lot for us and was very helpful in making sure everything that needed to get done was in a timely fashion. We are located a few hours away from the property being sold. When it came time to have a survey and PERC test done, Beth was there to help coordinate with all of the individuals saving me several trips.

"Beth was a measure to work with! She was knowledgeable about what we should and should not look for in a home as well as the local area! She made the process a breez and would definitely use her again!"
