Professional and no nonsense quick sale.

Dan and John spent the necessary time evaluating our home in person so they could do comparisons in several different categories so we could come up with the best listing price. We enjoyed being present, answering their questions, and getting to know each other. When the house hit the market through receiving a signed offer Dan was constantly keeping us informed of showings and offers. In a few words — Dan walks the walk and talks the talk!
