We really enjoyed working with Chris Wurzel and Dan Stacey! As soon as a house went up for sale, Chris reached out and was able to schedule a showing for us quickly! They were extremely helpful and wonderful to work with! We highly recommend The Dan Stacey Team!
Dan Stacey seriously goes above and BEYOND what we expected out of a realtor. He made sure we understood and were involved in every step of the process. He gave honest feedback and really understood what we were looking for. Every single time meeting with him, my husband and I left that conversation saying, "He really knows what he's doing." Dan sought out details that we would've missed, helped us plan our future possibilities in our house, and was truly by our side the whole time. His entire team was more than welcoming through the entire process. I never want to go through this process with a different realtor! We truly couldn't recommend Dan enough.
Chris was always a phone call away and explained everything with the process in detail and how it worked since it was my first sale.
Chris Wurzel was recommended to us by a family friend and he didn't disappoint. He was very knowledgeable about the area and very patient with us. We will definitely be asking him to help us sell and buy again in the future.
We had a fantastic experience with both Chris Wurzel and Dan Stacey and cannot recommend them highly enough for your next real estate transaction. They maneuvered us through a challenging market and gave great advice and guidance through the process. Always prompt to reply and worked hard to schedule showings around our difficult schedule. Will definitely look forward to working with them again in the future!
Dan helped us sell our home and was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We had an unusual circumstance arise and he REALLY helped us navigate expertly through that with the buyer. I can’t speak or recommend him more highly!
Working with Dan Stacey was an invaluable experience, as we had some unique problems arise in selling our home. He was able to provide us with knowledge and experience through this process! We greatly valued his input and help! He was also always kind, courteous, and friendly throughout our many interactions.
I'm so thankful to have Dan as my realtor! He goes out of his way to go above and beyond my expectations. On top of that he is so full of knowledge and experience. I'm excited to continue working with him and highly recommend him to anyone I know.
Very professional, communicative and made the experience seemless. Will undoubtedly use Dan's team again !
Dan and agent Chris listened to our needs, advised us on preparing the house and delivered a sale in five days. They knew the market and how to attract the most showings. Dan and his office were especially helpful with the closing since we were out of state. We highly recommend The Dan Stacy Team.
