Charlie was also willing to give sound advice and support when needed, especially as we were contemplating our counteroffer. He has many years of experience. Talked with us about presentation of the house for selling. Charlie suggested how we could encourage the buyers to submit best and final offers, as most of our offers were at list price or above. We ended up with backup offers as well.
Charles was very knowledgeable and aware of contract issues during the multiple offers. My being out of town did not mean that he didn't attend to my requests via text, email or phone calls in other than a most timely manner.
