He has many years of experience. Talked with us about presentation of the house for selling. Charlie suggested how we could encourage the buyers to submit best and final offers, as most of our offers were at list price or above. We ended up with backup offers as well.

Charles was very knowledgeable and aware of contract issues during the multiple offers. My being out of town did not mean that he didn't attend to my requests via text, email or phone calls in other than a most timely manner. I would certainly utilize Charles in future realty transactions in the El Paso area and openly remark to my friends in the San Antonio TX area of my warmest regards for him and his staff.
