I hired Charlie to sell my house and through every step of the process he exceeded my expectations, he was exactly what I needed an agent to be. The most amazing part of this process is I've NEVER met him in person since I live out of state. I used his office, Century 21 Clark Bros, for about 6 years to manage my rental property, then transitioned from their rental team to their selling team. Again, I've never met anyone on their team or been to their office, but they've taken care of me in every situation.
