From start to finish, Jeff was there for me. He had many great suggestions as to preparing my home for sale. His suggestions were right on and the house sold almost instantly! Prior to the inspection, Jeff, at his own expense, installed a new fire extinguisher and several new CO & fire detectors. Almost everything went according to plan and the sale closed about 4 1/2 weeks after listing.
