And yes, he is very successful in finding buyers. But without his list of contacts: repair people, landscapers, movers, etc. this would have been a much more difficult process. Jeff Smith served as our agent for the sale of our home in Milford, NJ. Cannot say enough good things. Professional and knowledgable. His many positive attributes include detailed knowledge of the market, a team of support people who facilitate work at your house (if needed), great communication, etc. In addition, Jeff includes a variety of additional services not provided by other agents such as professional house cleaning and installation of new smoke alarms to name but two. And his commission fee is somewhat lower than other agents. Leaving our home was difficult, but Jeff made the process easier. Highly recommended.
