Aziz was a pleasure to work with, even when I became stressed and overwhelmed a little with the entire process. He was able to help me maintain focus and he really understands the value of a dollar. He negotiated hard for me and left me with the sense I not only paid a fair price for the property but had a little left over for some updates and improvements. He was always available and a quick phone call or text away, and did not always wait for me to reach out - very proactive but not pushy. He also had a list of professionals from home inspectors to real estate lawyers that were fairly priced and very professional. I would definitely recommend and use Aziz again if I am in the market again in the future.
