He handled everything carefully and professionally. Very easy to get in contact with, very passionate about his work and he will more than likely get you the best deal possible. Only knock is he sometimes gets very busy because of his work load which can effect availability when looking for houses, but more often than not, he will make plans around your schedule to make sure you are getting the best experience possible.

Aziz was a pleasure to work with, even when I became stressed and overwhelmed a little with the entire process. He was able to help me maintain focus and he really understands the value of a dollar. He negotiated hard for me and left me with the sense I not only paid a fair price for the property but had a little left over for some updates and improvements. He was always available and a quick phone call or text away, and did not always wait for me to reach out - very proactive but not pushy. He also had a list of professionals from home inspectors to real estate lawyers that were fairly priced and very professional.
